We aim to provide excellent costumer service to our costumers.

These terms of conditions are applicable in those matters where Swedish law or any other applicable law do not stipulate terms of conditions which are in conflict with current law. For private consumers the consumer act and distance and doorstep sales act in Sweden stipulate the terms of conditions.
For companys/businesses the sales of goods act stipulate the terms of conditions. Sales of goods act is in Sweden is in contrary to the consumer act dispositive, which means that companys/businesses can agree on other terms of conditions.
Orders are made through our homepage or by phone. Should the person ordering be under the age of 18, a legal guardian must approve the purchase. Orders made under somebody elses name without consent, or under false name will be reported to the police.
All prices are shown in Swedish kronor, SEK or in Euro €
with VAT (25%) included. The VAT is shown separately on the order along with shipping cost and way of payment.

As soon as the payment is shown on our account the order will be shipped.
– Invoice: Receive your merchandise and pay within 14 days (only Sweden and Finland).
– Part payment: Through Klarna account (only Sweden and Finland).
– Direct payment: Through your bank or with your credit or debit card (only Sweden and Finland).
Delivery time is 1-5 weekdays. If you have chosen to pay in advance the payment must first show up on our account before we send the merchandise. Normally this takes 1-3 days.
NOTE: For countries outside the EU there may be additional local charges such as taxes and customs fees to be paid by the customer.
Our delivery cost is based on the products weight.
0-250 gram = 29 kr / 3,11 euro
251-500 gram = 49 kr / 5,25 euro
501-1000 gram = 59 kr / 6,32 euro
1001-2000 gram = 79 kr / 8,46 euro
2001- > = 150 kr / 17,02 euro
– Free shipping if your order exceeds 1000 sek or 100 euro.
Packages not collected
Packages that are not collected two weeks after delivery will be charge a fee for delivery costs, return shipping and handling costs with a total of 350 sek / 37,47 euro including VAT.
Right of Return
You have a 14-day period from the day you receive your order in which to return your purchase. When notifying us of a return, you must clearly indicate that you wish to return your purchase.
When returning a product it must be in the same condition as it was when you received it. Shipment and costs for chosen payment method is paid by the customer.
If your order exceeds 1000 sek or 100 euro and you get a free shipment notice thats the chosen shipment will be charge in case of return.
In the case of disputes, Elegant Kids policy is to follow the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes’ (ARN) recommendations.
Elegant Kids is not liable for delays caused by circumstances that are beyond what it can reasonably be expected to control and, as such, is entitled to additional time to allow it to fulfil its obligations. While the following does not constitute an exhaustive list, some examples of such circumstances are strikes; acts of terrorism; disruptions to supply, transportation or production; actions of public authorities; legislation; and natural disasters. Should any such circumstance persist for more than two months, both parties have the right to cancel the agreement without giving the other party the right to receive or incurring liability to pay compensation.
We operations adhere to the Swedish Personal Data Act (Personuppgiftslagen 1998:204). When you register and place an order with us, you consent to Elegant Kids storing and using your personal information in accordance with the above Act as part of our business activities in order to fulfil our agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive a copy of the information we have registered about you. If this information has errors, is incomplete or is irrelevant, you have the right to request that it be either corrected or deleted. In such cases, please contact us by e-mail.
